The Xingdian Town Industrial Mass Zone occupies an area of 3.55 square kilometers, and it is located in the eastern suburb of Xingdian Town, Pukou district. Backing on the west mountain of Laoshan, the industrial zone is developing continuously with the Wanshouhe beauty spot being its key spot which is in the southern part. The west part of the industrial zone is the eastern district of Xingdian Town, and the exit of Ninghe High Way is 1 km away to the east of it. The industrial zone has consummate facilities and land of 1.55 square kilometers still available. At present, there have been 43 enterprises settled in this industrial zone.

  Within the zone, 97,000 square meters standardized premises have been completed, of which, 13,000 square meters are in steel structures with the width of 15 or 30 meters and 6 to 10 meters’ height. There are also 4,000 square meters’ premises can accommodate 10 ton level traveling cranes. Besides, 70,000 square meters’ standardized premises are under planning now, and half of which can accommodate traveling cranes.
