The Panlong Town Industrial Mass Zone is in the north of Panlong Town. With the Qunying River being the boundary in the east and north, it is also to the west of Ningqi Railway Routine and to the north of the Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. It has an area of 54.64 hectares, and it is passed through by Puliu Road. Its layout is combinatorial, which is called “two axes, one heart, and two districts”: that is, two beauty spot axes, one public service centre and two industrial districts in east and west respectively. The fundamental constructions, such as public illumination and virescence have been completed. Another 2 square kilometers’ industrial zone is under planning, including the Yongfeng high-tech industrial mass zone.
