There are two districts in the Yongning Town Industrial Zone: one is Yongning Industrial Mass Zone, which is in the eastern part of Yongning Town, and passed through by the Ninghuai Express Highway. The area covered in the layout of this district is 3 square kilometers. The other one is Huaqi Industrial Mass Zone, which is near the 104 National Highway with 1.1 square kilometers area in layout. The two mass zones are located by the opposite two sides of Ninghuai Express Highway with convenient transportation conditions. Within the industrial zones, the fundamental facilities are in good condition, such as water and electricity supplies. Currently, there is 54 hectares’ land available for use. There are 57,000 square meters’ standardized premises for leasing. There are two types of standardized premises; one is single level premise with an area of 1,800 square meters. The single level premise is 7 meters’ high, 60 meters’ long and has a width of 30 meters. The total area of single level premise is 15,000 square meters, and it can not accommodate traveling cranes. This kind of premises is applicable to light mechanics, textile, costumes and electronics. The other is multiple level standardized premises. It has 3 levels with various width: the first level is 4.5 meters’ high, the second and the third level are both 4.2 meters’ high. The total area of premises of this type is 41,911.2 square meters, and it also can not accommodate traveling cranes. Besides, there are affiliated facilities of 15,000 square meters, such as office buildings, dormitories and canteens for employees. This type of premise is fit for textile, costumes, light mechanics and electronics.
