3. Major Contents of the Project
Nanjing Xian Sheng Dong Yuan Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. is one of earliest pharmaceutical companies who have passed National Medicine GMP Authentication. The company has a staff population of 300, an area of more than 350 mu and a gross investment capital of ￥15 billion. It boasts six pharmaceutical workshops, including Chinese traditional medicine extraction, orally-taken liquid preparation, small capacity injection, penicillin orally-taken solid preparation, penicillin powder, general solid preparation workshop. The medicine types manufactured by the company are diversified, such as joint medicine, orally-taken liquid (Chinese traditional medicine extraction contained), small capacity injection, troche, granule, dry and suspending mixture (penicillin category at all), powder (penicillin category), and capsule. At present, all kinds of medicine mentioned above of the company have passed national GMP authentication. In order to develop more and improve the quality of the medicine, as well as to participate in the competition in international pharmaceutical market, the company has made a decision to set up a pharmaceutical workshop which can pass GMP authentication of the US and EU.
4. Prospective gross investment
(1) Gross investment capital of the project involves ￥41 million.
(2) Construction periods of the project are supposed to be two years.
(3) Prospective return rate of the project is 24%.
(4) Prospective investment reclaiming periods of the project are 3.8 years.
