III.Introduction of construction unit: Dongjue Fine Chemistry Corporation Ltd, the largest silicon rubber manufacturing base in China, situates in the Gaoerte New silicon Park of Qiaolin Industry Aggregates Zone. With the current annual output of 30,000 ton and 80,000 ton in 2008, it is the largest raw material of silicon rubber, with a splendid market prospect of derivative products.  
IV. Background of engineering project
Ratified by the Governmetn of Nanjing, Gaoerte New Silicon Park is one of the two sections in Qiaolin Industry Aggregates Zone, with a planned area of 2 square kilometers. There are two largest raw silicon rubber material manufacturing corporations in China, with 40,000 ton output of raw material, which will reach 80,000 ton in 2008. This would provide the newly-settled silicon rubber goods factory with advantageous raw-material support, which could help the enterprise save transportation and storage fees, reduce the cost and hasten the cycle of expectable returns. Recently the park will construct 30,000-square-meter standard workshop and welcome the manufacturing enterprises, which are engaged in processing serial products of silicon rubber goods, to settle in the park.
