Base construction aims at manufacturing specialized automobile for unpackaged cement and pre-churning concrete, which is long-term stable industry with huge market capacity. Developing unpackaged cement is the significant effort to save resource and protect environment and also the inevitable choice to follow the new industrilization road. The country would take concrete political policy to hasten the unpackaging of cement in the coming 10 to 15 years, which would enhance the rate of unpackage from 30% to 70%. The transport ability of unpackaged cement will rise by 0.5 billion ton, 70% of which would be the automobile transport ability. Meanwhile, the urban mordernization construction prohibits in-field churning, which results in 0.5 billion stere increment in the transport capability of pre-churning concrete and sand slurry.
